The Winthrop Research Group has developed an effective method of profiling candidates that generates returns not only from candidates interested in the opportunities your company has to offer, but also from those who express low levels of interest. Our profilers have a thorough understanding of recruiting fundamentals, and generate a profile that details the following:

  • Technical experience (including management, if called for), with a summary of how the candidate's career evolved to this point
  • Detailed information on the candidate's expectations and motivations
  • Answers to questions the client wants us to ask that will enlighten him (or her) on some of the experiences needed
  • A scheduled time for an interested candidate to talk to the appropriate screener
  • How and when an uninterested candidate would become open to the idea of discussing the position

After the profile has been submitted, WRG acts as a conduit between an interested candidate and the client by remaining in constant contact with the candidate until they are deep in the hiring process. This minimizes obstacles that might otherwise slow or stop the process. Everything we have collected is statused and includes a spreadsheet that contains the following information:

  • Candidates identified
  • Candidates contacted
  • Times of candidate contact
  • Candidate status
  • Who has the next action
  • Metrics

Here are some examples of how we've served our clients in this area...
